Interior

The interior of the Chrysler 300 has quite a lot to offer Sullivan, MO drivers. You'll have an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat and rear 60/40 folding seats standard, and heated front seats and leather-trim on all but the base trim. While the Honda Accord can have all of these features, it's not until higher trims. The 60/40 folding seats, for example, aren't available on the base trim, and leather trim and power-adjustable front-passenger's seat are only available on the Accord Sport Special Edition and up.

Additional features that are standard on the 300 sedan, but not the Accord, include:

• A leather-wrapped steering wheel
• Automatic dimming rearview mirror
• A power trunk lid release

Exterior

Moving to the outside of these sedans, both offer beautiful designs. However, when it comes to function, the Chrysler 300 offers a lot more. For example, the exterior driver-side mirror has an automatic-dimming function, which is missing entirely from the Accord. While the Accord's passenger-side mirror will automatically tilt down when in reverse, this isn't available on anything but the top trim, whereas the 300 offers this on all but its base trim.

Powertrains

There's simply no comparing the powertrains of these sedans. While the Accord's standard turbocharged 1.5-liter engine produces a respectable 192 horsepower, the Chrysler 300 comes with a powerful 3.6-liter V6, which is capable of generating up to 292 horsepower. Even the Accord's 2.0-liter engine option sits lower than this at 252 horsepower. Additionally, the 300 can make as much as 363 horsepower and 394 pound-feet of torque thanks to the available 5.7-liter V8.

With all this power behind it, the Chrysler 300 can even tow some lighter loads around St. Louis, MO thanks to a towing capacity of up to 1,000 pounds. Sadly, the Accord isn't designed to tow any cargo.

Technology

Both of these sedans have elegantly designed infotainment systems, with the Accord displaying it on an 8-inch touchscreen, while the 300 puts it on an 8.4-inch touchscreen. Both of these systems come with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration and Bluetooth® audio streaming.

The Chrysler 300 has Uconnect^® 4C powering its infotainment, and this comes with features like a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, HD Radio™ and SiriusXM®. The Accord's infotainment system only gains HD Radio™ and SiriusXM® on its higher trims, and you can't find Wi-Fi hotspot capability anywhere in the Honda Accord.

All but the base 300 trim offer an upgrade to Uconnect^® 4C NAV as available or standard, which brings five years of SiriusXM^® Traffic Service and Travel Link Service, allowing you to get up-to-date traffic information and turn-by-turn directions to your next Eureka, MO destination effortlessly. While the Accord does offer a navigation system, this isn't until it's top trim.
